Meet and Greet + Lounge access on Departure + Baggage Delivey on Arrival)
- 1. Our greeter will be waiting for the guest at the Departure holding lounge of Pearl Assist at the Departures Drop-off area.
- 2. Once the guests arrive, they can sit and relax in our holding lounge until time for check-in.
- 3. Our greeter will escort the gusts to check-in
- 4. Escort through dedicated Fasttrack lane at immigration
- 5. Escort through dedicated Fasttrack lane at Security Check
- 6. The Guests will be taken to the Departure Lounge until time for boarding.
- 7. At the time of boarding, the greeter will take the guest from the lounge to the Boarding Gate.
